BookA woodfired barrel sauna is going in beside the food gardens at ECOSS. We're not taking bookings until it's finished — leave your email and we'll tell you when it is.
Read moreAfter a longer treatment, a couples booking or a gift voucher? Ask us.
You tell us what's going on, we work on it, and you leave moving better than you arrived.
A few questions and some hands-on assessment — what hurts, what's stiff, and how you sit, lift or train all week. If your answer is "nothing's wrong, I just want to switch off", that's a perfectly good brief too.
Remedial and myotherapy work, or deep tissue inside flowing lomi lomi, at a pressure you set and can change at any point. If a stretch or two at home would help it hold, you'll leave with them.
Enough time to park, find us in the gardens, and talk through what you're after before your treatment starts.
Table, fresh linen, towels and drinking water are all here. Wear something comfortable and that's it.
Undress to whatever level you're comfortable with. You're draped with a towel throughout, apart from the area being worked on.
Deeper, lighter, or leave that shoulder alone — say so at any point. Effective pressure isn't the same as painful pressure.
Drink water and keep moving gently. Deep remedial work can leave you a little tender for a day. The ECOSS produce market is worth a look while you're here.
Tell us when you book. Most things are worked around with a change of position or technique — and we'll say so if something's better checked with your GP first.

If you've got a specific problem — a sore lower back, a stiff neck, a shoulder that's been niggling for months — choose Dom for remedial massage and myotherapy. If you want to switch off, or want deep tissue work inside a flowing whole-body treatment, choose Leila for lomi lomi, deep tissue and relaxation massage. You'll pick your therapist and time in the booking window. Not sure? Email us and we'll point you the right way.
Sixty minutes ($120) is enough to work one or two areas properly — a back and shoulders, say. Ninety ($180) gives room to cover the whole body, or to spend longer on something stubborn. If you're not sure, start with sixty and we'll tell you if more time would help.
Not yet. The barrel is still being built, and we won't take bookings for it until it's ready. Send us your email and we'll let you know when it is.
Nothing. Table, fresh linen, towels and drinking water are all here. Wear something comfortable and arrive about ten minutes early.
As much as the job needs, and no more. Remedial work can go deep, but effective isn't the same as painful — tell your therapist what's working and what isn't, at any point during the treatment.
Usually, yes — with a change of position or technique. Tell us when you book so we can set the room up properly, and check with your GP or midwife if you're unsure. We'll say so if something's better left until after you've spoken to them.
Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Later than that and we may charge a fee, since the appointment is held for you.
